Penn is a pretty amazing school; my learning experience so far has been very amazing. The academics are challenging, but I have truly learned a lot in all the classes I have taken. The motto “work hard, play hard” is an accurate description of the University. There is always something to do on campus. __Penn is also very pre-professional and is known as the civic ivy; these are things I can attest to, as there are many opportunities to advance one’s professional career and many companies recruit on campus, as well as many opportunities to engage in community service activities especially in Penn’s local geographic community of West Philadelphia. __In my experience, it is an expensive school to attend and the financial aid is not as great as other schools’. It’s also hyper-competitive, which can take a toll on one if care isn’t taken. __Overall, it’s a pretty great place to be.
