Commonwealth campuses are the GOAT.
As the title suggests, I attended one of the commonwealth campuses of Penn State. There was a sparse population, but that meant that all of us got to truly know and help one another; it was like something out of the Andy Griffith show. Highly recommend for those who want to save money and have a personable experience!
