Student review [#28418] for Electrical Engineering
at Minnesota State University, Mankato

Minnesota State University Mankato is a great starting point for international student in the US. The tuition is affordable and a scholarship is granted under conditions to all international students. I obtained a bachelor degree in electrical engineering and this not for the weak. The professor are useless . Lectures are terrible. Indian channel on YouTube will be your friend. Since my high school was only theoretical, I had to catch up with most of teammate and do more intensive research for engineering project. I heard good thing about other departments but mine was terrible. I’ll will advise to start with a community college or transfer another university if you wish to get an engineering degree. Life on campus is okay. Will definitely see familiar face. Mankato is an affordable town to stay and study.
