The city is full of talented visual artists and arts venues, as well as musicians and dancers who call Miami home. Florida International University is located in the heart of the city between the towns of Sweetwater and Westchester. There are a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and art galleries around the university. In fact, the educational center is one of the largest scientific research and education colleges in Florida.

The hospitality management professors were highly intelligent, engaging and always fun. They worked hard with the students to make sure they were on the path to success. They would never give up on you and would even work after hours with a student to assist them in reaching their goals. The school is surrounded by a lake and palm trees, so you really can’t get down and the activities and social events that are provided during the time you spend at FIU are always a blast.
