One aspect that I particularly appreciate is the flexibility to delve into subjects beyond my main major. Unlike the rigid structures of some educational systems, the university encourages students to broaden their horizons and pursue diverse interests.

Coming from a background of spoon-fed education, I’ve found the transition to Iowa State University incredibly eye opening. Here, I’m not just memorizing information; I’m learning how to think critically and independently. They also emphasize on emancipation and this equips me with the skills to work in the real world.
