I am very grateful for the resources and faculty at Harvard Divinity School, and I feel that every member of the community works hard to support the university’s values and provide the best possible experience for each student. But the main thing that prevents me from giving a 100% satisfactory review of my institution is that HDS was created for students from a traditional religious background who are looking for a traditional path of religious alignment. I belong to a minority spiritual practice in the United States and I interpret my ministry as promoting healing. This leads me to seek my own interpretation of HDS’s many special but sometimes exclusive resources. Overall, though, college has shaped my life in ways that I will always be grateful for. “
