Honestly, I love GMU. In the first year I had many opportunities and it is very easy to make friends. I personally love this campus and I love my teachers too. Not to mention the food is great and very underrated and there are some very healthy options to choose from plus a nearby starbucks and many other restaurants to use with your brick and mortar cash! the professors are committed to helping their students succeed, the technology services are extremely helpful, health and safety is convenient and incredibly safe, the food and restaurants are amazing, the academics are highly regarded and taught by the best teachers. My two favorite factors about Mason are the location and the seemingly endless daily activities that are there. Living on campus away from my family in Virginia Beach worried me before college started; yet I feel like George Mason University is my second home and I’m in love with the area.
