at College of the Canyons - COC

COC was probably the best decision for me because school really isn’t for me and it’s really not that much money but going to COC I get to learn all the same things as if I went to a 4 year In the first 2 years at less then 1/4 of the price really. Plus they give you grants and scholarships to help pay for your books. Also the classes are small so you have a lot of time to learn and connect with your teachers. Also for me I played basketball at COC and it definitely gives you 2 years to protect your skills before you go to a 4 year and gives you the exposure you want so the 4 year college coaches the watch you play. COC also is very flexible with your schedules with picking classes and if you played a sport you get priority registration so you get the classes and units you need to still be able to play
