I studied Anthropology at UNC Chapel Hill and I graduated in 2018. I have to say that my time at UNC was one of the best experiences of my life. The University itself is old and has a lot of history, but its also beautiful and surrounded by a beautiful nature. During my first year I lived near the football field in one of the doors and during football season It could get a bit crowded, but being surrounded by everyone had a nice energy during game days. I suggest that if you are a new student or new to the area, don’t be afraid to check out franklin street, you can make some great memories there. My professors for Anthropology were great, if you are proactive and participate, you can create some good relationships with the cohort and the professors. These relationships helped me a lot when I was looking to start my masters at a different university.
