Borough of Manhattan Community College offers an excellent and affordable foundation for students in the heart of New York City, serving as a powerful launchpad for transferring to four-year institutions or entering the workforce. The college’s greatest asset is its dedicated and supportive faculty, particularly noted in popular programs like Liberal Arts, Business, and Criminal Justice. While the commuter-school environment means a traditional campus social life requires proactive involvement in clubs and student government, BMCC excels with robust support services, including highly effective academic advising and tutoring. It is an ideal choice for self-motivated students who are ready to leverage the vast resources and opportunities available to build a successful future.

I believe the university provided great opportunities for those looking for growth and career advancement. They offered a multitude of internships and programs to help those find a career path. I disliked the way the university was unprepaird for online learning during the pandemic and were not accommodating for those who were struggling with the new style of learning. Although I would still recommend the university to those look to expand their horizons.

In Borough college, the staffs and teachers are all so heartwarming and friendly. I’m glad to be a student at such excellent university. The teachers are also excellent at what they do which makes learning easy and fun.

BMCC is a great college for upward mobility. Since it’s located in Tribeca, there are so many opportunities. I’ve seen people work for high end companies like Goldman Sachs. You can also transfer to top colleges like Columbia university and NYU.
