Being a Baylor bear is the best! Since I am the first person in my family to experience what it is like to pursue a higher education, I was genuinely quite nervous when I first arrived on campus. However, everyone here is very hospitable. The personnel and the residents uphold the traditions and are quite kind and helpful. I have found people who are easy to connect with, and the Baylor community will do everything in its power to ensure that I never experience this feeling again. They provide me with so many possibilities, both socially and academically, to meet new people. They always make sure that my well-being comes first.
