at University of Westminster

As a first-year Cyber security and Forensics student at the University of Westminster, I’ve really enjoyed the mix of hands-on coding work in the lab sessions and dense theory lectures. The modules introduce difficult concepts like network security, hashing, and digital forensics in a way that makes me feel ready for my dream career as a Junior Cyber security Analyst.

The lecturers are approachable and supportive, especially when it comes to guiding students through programming. The campus facilities, such as the computing labs and library resources, are excellent and always available for independent study. I also appreciate how accessible and friendly the student community is, it makes collaborating on projects and group work much more enjoyable.

If I could improve one thing, it would be to have even more opportunities for early networking or industry workshops. Overall, Westminster offers a great environment for anyone passionate about technology and innovation.
