Student review [#26525] for HR Management and Leadership
at University of Northampton

My experience with the University of Northampton (UoN) has been amazing. Although a wonderful experience, it was not easy as it differed totally from my methodology of study back in India. My course here was research-based, and I did enjoy every second of it. My advice to any students looking to enrol in UoN would be to keep on top of their work and have a good relationship with the tutors so as to make their experience easy and enjoyable. The work will be difficult but time management will make it easier.

Infrastructure:
The campus is well equipped with good infrastructure facilities for studies as well as any extracurricular activities like sports.

Academics:
The quality of teaching is good, and the faculties are very helpful. However, the majority of the work must be done by us as the course is mainly research-based. Tutors are always available for guidance.

Job prospect:
My personal experience career-wise has been good. I got into one of the Big 4 firms in the world, and in my role, I travel the world managing tax conferences for my company.

Value-for-money:
I got a scholarship and had to only pay a percentage of my tuition. Therefore, it was worth every penny.
