The Blended Learning Approach

While I am, admittedly, not the most academic person I’ve enjoyed both the course and the University. The Teachers and Staff have been helpful and go above and beyond their duty when needed. Due to COVID-19 restrictions lessons had to move online but the University managed to overcome this and learned that a blended learning approach works best. As such blended learning has been adopted full-time showing that the University can learn from its past. While I would like to give nothing but praise I also need to be critical of the faults that have occurred. I have lived in the university-managed accommodation and despite the friendly staff getting any type of help or service is extremely difficult due to a bad management system.
