Good times

Came to Leicester as an international student so already that was quite intimidating. But I liked how they had a specific intro week for the international students so you could make friends with people in the same boat as you. Felt like the uni really cared about you settling in and feeling comfortable. Lived in the student accomodation which was expensive I feel for what you get but the location was good and had an en suite which was nice. They held fresher events which gave the opportunity to meet other people in your accom. The campus has a nice vibe and everyone is friendly. Good variety of societies to join .

The course has been busy and diverse. Variety of ways teaching is given for lecturers to group work to placement, which stops it from getting too samey. People from all kinds of backgrounds and countries on the course which is really nice.
Train station isn’t too far away and there’s a uni shuttle bus if you live in the villiage accomodation which is a bit further from the campus.

Enjoying my time here and happy I chose to come to Leicester.
