Really high quality course with well-informed lecturers, the work placement options are really brilliant. I would especially recommend the Parliamentary Studies pathway for anyone really keen to get first hand experience.
View moreI feel I’ve learnt a great deal in this degree programme, covering both arts and science subjects. I hadn’t expected that; I’m currently in the second year of my undergraduate degree. Although there aren’t many exams, it’s still enough to give me a headache for a while. Overall, though, the courses are quite interesting; it would be nice if there were more practical modules.
View moreOverall, my experience at the University of Leeds has been amazing, I have met so many new people that I would never have met before. At first, I did struggle with settling in, as I was so far away from home and campus was very confusing, but after a while, I did get the hang of it and settled in. Another thing I love about the University is that it’s in a city, and there is so much to see and do so you won’t really be bored. I study graphics and communication design, and the tutors are very friendly and approachable, they always answer any questions I have and provide me with useful feedback.
View moreI studied Geography for 3 years gaining a BSc. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Leeds, both the university and the city. With it being such a big university, there were plenty of courses to chose from and a great range of social and other activities.
View moreThe wide choice of different societies to join is a particular stand out for me as there really is something for everyone. I would encourage all students to take advantage of this and join a society whatever your interest might be.
