Good Education, Low Student Satisfaction

I enjoy the English Literature course and I believe the university is prioritizing diversity and inclusivity when they approach their teachings. However, the student satisfaction remains low. I think our student advisors and personal tutors need to be more involved and put more effort into getting to know the students. I’ve only seen my personal tutor twice over the last 4 years.
