City St George’s is generally seen as a good university, especially for healthcare courses. It has strong links with the NHS and offers good practical experience. Most students like the location and career opportunities, although some mention issues with administration and organisation. Overall, it’s a solid choice for professional healthcare careers.My main concern is that administration and communication can sometimes be slow and disorganised.

I liked the openness of this Uni. I felt I could freely voice my opinions without feeling judged. I have made worthwhile relationships here and I feel more confident in myself to grow my future. I was helped by professors that actually care about what I wanted to do.

As an international student – relocating my entire life to a foreign city away from friends, family, and home was possibly one of the most challenging decisions of my life. However, the comfort, safety, and feeling of community at St George’s University of London provided me with a home away from home. At St George’s you will be taught by some of the best and most experienced doctors, scientists, and healthcare specialists in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, the university provides endless opportunities to be part of groundbreaking research projects under top-class professors. All in all, this university provides everything and more any healthcare student can wish for.

The support of the faculty is excellent from day one and continues on until after graduation.

The course itself is well planned to be a hybrid of online and in-person teaching that comprises of clinical skills, lectures, case discussions and communication skills. The latter of which is what make St George’s stand out from other universities. The comprehensive communication skills teaching includes workshops with actor sessions that allow students to hone their skills in a unique and controlled environment preparing them for not only their careers but also general life beyond university.
