I loved the first week. It was so good to meet new people and the college/department organized so many events for that. It was super busy to keep us from feeling lonely / homesick Great value for money, large rooms, good location. But it’s a shame that students have to unload their belongings during the holidays, which makes it difficult for those who don’t have a car or need a longer stay. Amazing library facilities across the city, with beautiful, well appointed study spaces. Sports facilities at the university and college levels are very social and welcoming for all levels. I’ve never been to the student union. The classrooms in my department (business school) are of incredible quality, but I know that in other departments they are outdated and have poor WiFi. The course is stimulating and the workload is motivating, a very good balance for each module. I had mixed opinions about the conferences. During the lockdown, the virtual lectures were so clear and made me realize how unclear some in person lectures were. I think students should get more recordings. I love living in Oxford City for its history and beautiful countryside, architecture and walks. It is quite expensive for students to rent and buy items from supermarkets which is a downside. Going to bars is also much more expensive than living in the city.
View moreOxford University is simply the best place to be. Studying has been a wonderful experience. I loved my program because helped me study humans from an interconnecting dimension across social and biological and also a cultural phenomena. The classes are taught by specialists.
Trainees are provided with resources that provide different theories that are to be studied. We have also received exposure to studying human evolution, development, culture as well as ecology. The program also allows trainees to be trained across a wide range of competencies.
The duration of the course is 3 years. Human resource science gives you an edge to develop yourself and understand humans.
