The web access and systems are very good. The tutor support is very helpful. The structure of the modules and the clarity of what is required to succeed is superb. On a more negative note, I do miss the opportunity to have face to face contact with other students and my tutor.

The Open University or OU gave me an opportunity to study and gain a degree whilst working full time. Having missed my chance to attend university when I was younger, this was my only viable option due to responsibilities and financial commitments.

It wasn’t easy juggling time but the university course was structured to be flexible and resources were fantastic.
