As a “COVID-postgrad” much of my Master’s experience was online. The quality of my course therefore largely revolved around the communication and availability of lecturers and tutors. In the main, this was extremely positive. Many lecturers were available outside of university hours and generally went beyond all expectations to facilitate one-on-one zoom calls and extra tuition/help. The law school is definitely very international and the online nature of the course certainly helped in this regard. That said, it may have been beneficial to have more group discussion in seminars – though admittedly doing this online would be challenging. Overall I really enjoyed the course and found the lecturers extremely supportive.
