The University provided support for various assignments, as whether you get support or not was organised by the student, it allowed to plan carefully around the deadlines. The lectures were mixed in some just read in a monotone voice and others were completely engulfed in passion for the subject.
The degree course I did was Human Bioscience. It was a mix of physiology and biomedical science this created a challenge as well as an environment where we learned lab, clinical and anatomical techniques. Due to the diversity of the topics the final year projects were able to be customised to the student’s interest and career goals. It was also an opportunity to learn new skills and delve into a supervised project.

My opinion about this university is that it’s extremely well organised and has many opportunities for students. It sets up students to be able to take the future through placements and various work experiences. I best of all love the campus layout the concept is easy to navigate and being on the main road is extremely helpful with transportation! However the online work system Moodle does need getting used to which is a slight disadvantage, as it takes time to adjust to. Finally I would recommend this University to all people!

I thoroughly love my university. They are so helpful with any problem or situation. Great location and everyone is lovely Always wants the best for students and the facilities are fantastic. They use an app called moodle so you can access lectures PowerPoint slides coursework exams the lot. Student hubs are available across campus to talk to people about any issues you have wether it’s financial issues to mental health issues.
Some buildings possibly good be re built/ re decorated to be modernised.

I enjoy this programme as the content delivered is highly stimulating and interesting, support is always easily available if you’re struggling or require help from lecturers and tutors. Although I think the programme could be improved by implementing more laboratory practical sessions to allow us to gain more laboratory experience. There are multiple career options that can be undertaken by studying this programme which is great as it allows you to have options. I would recommend the programme to those who are interested in life sciences or science in general.

I would give my course 4 out of 5 stars because I like how it is well laid out and the structure is very put together. The deliverance is good and the lecturers are good at teaching and making you understand the topic. But when it comes to doing assignments it can be confusing because the lecturers sometimes do different things. I would still recommend this course because overall it is very beneficial.

I really enjoy physiotherapy as there is practical work as well as theory !! It allows you to learn and apply as if you were in a clinical setting before you go on placement. The help and support they offer are great and your personal tutor is always there. There is a lot of work however I feel so motivated by how much I enjoy it. I would highly recommend it.

I like the practical side of the program as it’s more hands-on and you learn more by doing it yourself.
I enjoy getting myself to university every day and learning more about my course, it’s interesting as I learn more about what I’m doing.
