University college London stands out as one of the most disciplined institute in the United kingdom. The lecturers in this university are top notch and provide the best level of education you can find anywhere.
Getting admitted into this university was a dream come true and so far I’m really enjoying my stay here and i can boldly say it’s one of the best colleges in the united kingdom.

UCL is not just a school for academics but also it’s highly a disciplinary centre. Discipline is a top tier and that what helps me,us the students both in our academics,social life and even character_wise.It moulds one into becoming a better,mature person who can make wise and respective decision in life. I consider UCL as my second home for many reasons I may not mention as per now. Being part of this lovely community and student is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Insufficient study room and some staff are not polite enough. But the teaching staff are good. The UCL career support can be better. We want a residential trip! No more staff strikes please, that is annoying.

As a prospective undergraduate who just graduated from a Chinese undergraduate university, I came to UCL’s postgraduate program and found that the international students around me were all much older than me! The biggest one is 7 or 8 years older than me, and has more than 5 years of work experience. The younger ones have to be one year older than me, that is, they have a gap of one year, and they all have relevant work experience before they study postgraduate majors. I have to say that Chinese students are really good, because our postgraduate Chinese students are really the youngest group in the age group. So most of them don’t participate in activities and clubs very much, they are super shy, but I am more outgoing and will hang out with them!

I am currently pursuing a Master of Research in Urban Sustainability and Resilience at University College London. The program gives students the edge of pursuing Interdisciplinary research as most of the problems we encounter today cannot be confined to one domain. Students can choose modules from any department with permission from their supervisors. This helps in knowing the fundamentals of domains that are related to the program. The professors who are involved in teaching and coordinating are very friendly and always ready to help. Supervisors are also ready to help when students get stuck with any problem in their research. The programs help you to stream your research abilities and become a researcher at the end. I would suggest you opt for this program if you are interested in Interdisciplinary research in Urban Sustainability and Resilience. This is one of a kind course that I have seen so far.

This university is one of the most top-rated in the UK.
In addition to the high level of education, UCL offers a very pleasant student environment. Indeed, numerous societies exist so that every student can join one that truly matches his taste. A health and care hub is also available for students that are feeling depressed, alone, lost or just have inquiries. This university got the prestige it deserves because of all the services it proposes (ex: there are prayer halls in the university).
Location is amazing as it is located in central London and has access to various metro/bus lanes.
The last point I want to talk about is the multiculturalism of UCL. Students are from everywhere, it is rewarding to get to know about different cultures and religions. This diversity is unique.

The new campus in East London is great.
Great access to machine tools through the workshops for engineering/architecture.
Some professors are amazing, others not so much. But I haven’t had horrible ones yet, some are just a bit boring.

UCL is a a very diverse, international uni.

Don’t hesitate to join societies. There are so many choices and you get to discover new activities and meet people.

It’s a great university. Facilities are great, especially with the new Student Centre! Some professors are still more focused on their research than helping undergraduate students. However, location and student life are still amazing!
