Gained a BSc(Hons) in Applied Psychology having started off on the Integrated degree course at Tithebarn Street. The Integrated degree course allowed me to take a variety of courses in the first year before specialising. Library facilities were great back in the day. I imagine they have moved on with technology and the microfiche machines have been updated.
Friends made at Uni have become lifelong friends. Life Skills learned in student accommodation were a great foundation for being a grown-up.
My qualification has opened the doors within my career… After Liverpool, I gained a PGCE qualification and have been in education for nearly 30 years. I am currently A special school Headteacher.
