I’ve found it easy to meet new individuals and form relationships here. The community is welcoming and accepting, and I have thoroughly liked my classes. Accessing resources across campus has been simple, and the facilities are superb, with bright study spaces, nice cafes, and many of places to socialize. The ambiance is both professional and inclusive, making it an excellent place to study and meet new people.

As a third year student and the course representative for civil and structural engineering for the past two years, I have had an incredible time at the University of Leeds. The staff has always been extremely friendly and have done their level best to help students reach their full potential. They actively collected surveys and student opinions to create a better environment at Leeds, I would highly recommend studying here.

The university has a thorough and rigorous academic system that pushes all students to work extra hard. It therefore has a high graduation rate as all students find themselves in an environment that they have to work hard to graduate. I did construction management and engineering and the professors did us great orientation and the whole program was good. Students were also allowed to participate in extracurricular activities such games and clubs/ organizations. The university also has a modern library and students were able to conduct their private studies and research

Environmental engineering and project management is a course under Civil Engineering. It covers all aspects of Environment(Air, Water, Land and microbiology) along with the management side, hence this was the reason why I opted for this course in University of Leeds.

The University is nice and they have a lot of advanced technologies to help students get whatever they need. The things I found challenging were the speed of the Masters programme and moving from one location to another for lectures. Even though its a one year programme, I was not expecting it to be so fast and tedious. Beside the challenges mentioned earlier I am happy I came to University of Leeds. Apart from having modern equipment to help students learn, the location is fantastic, close to the city centre and Leeds bus station. Nice places to eat and beautiful parks to see just around the school.
I also enjoyed the Leeds ball they did. Its really nice here. I have become stronger, more resilient and have improved academically since I started studying in Leeds.
