I think Lancaster university is a great place to learn! The teachers and advisors are helpful and friendly, the campus is beautiful, and the community is supportive. Lancaster is definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a place to further your education. 

I’m a biology student going into my 3rd year at Lancaster University and have found my experience so far to be really positive. My course in particular has a lot of module options, meaning the degree can really be tailored to your own interests. Also as someone who really enjoys practical sessions, we have lots of laboratory work which I really enjoy, and that tends to also be my favourite type of coursework. In terms of the university as a whole, I really enjoy it being a campus university as everything is all in one place with a strong sense of community, and it was really nice to be able to live on campus in first year. The nightlife within Lancaster is pretty contained within a couple of nightclubs but there are also a lot of bars and pubs in the city centre.
