I think exeter overall is a good university with a variety of courses, however the biggest issue for me personally is the lack of diversity and student support. It’s hard to get your issues noticed and takes a while for the university to respond to inquiries. There are however lots of room for interaction with other students and room to get involved.
View moreI really enjoyed most of the modules I had throughout my 3 years, however I would really like if we had more options earlier on in our degree rather than just the final year, as that would make the degree much more personal and interesting. The professors are overall good, with some exceptions of them being a bit hard to follow or seeming unapproachable.
Student life here is not bad, takes some getting used to as a non-British person. International students are a bit scarce so it’s very easy to feel out of place until you start establishing your own network of people you connect with.
Overall a positive experience, but a challenging one nonetheless.
View moreI am only in the first term of my degree; however, it has already been very interesting and the delivery of the lectures is more than adequate. I have already been set an essay for which we were given limited guidance, causing me to feel quite lost. This opinion is shared with many other students on my course although this is the only complaint I have so far and I am looking forward to completing the rest of my degree.
