The teaching quality in my program has been consistently strong, with approachable professors who genuinely want students to succeed. The course content is well-structured, offering a great mix of core foundational knowledge and practical application. Outside of the classroom, the campus facilities and libraries provide excellent study spaces, and the active Student Union makes it easy to engage in campus life. Overall, it provides a well-rounded and rewarding university experience.

A great place to study and a lively capital with plenty to do. Cardiff has a lot to offer students and a vibrant cultural center to live.

Having enrolled into Cardiff University through clearing, they made me feel very positive and excited about joining the university. My experience with the chemistry course at Cardiff has so far been very interactive and has always made me eager to learn about the content and further engage in supercurricular activities. The amount of support from my personal tutor is immense in soothing my worries about the transition from A-Levels to university. The campus and city life are excellent, with lots of study spaces, including a 24-hour running library and a lively nightlife. However, within my course there could be more opportunities, such as research that could be showcased to motivate students to build their skills before applying them to future jobs.

Get the most of the city, you don’t have to travel long to keep busy. Get involved with societies. Have a great time and try to balance work and social life, its really important to manage both to get the most out of your uni experience
