Cardiff Met is a small university, there are not many places to go but there are really friendly people and staff. I really enjoy all the places there are to eat inside the Uni – lots of variety. The library is modern with lots of computers and places to work which helps me get my work done in a quietly.
To get to the uni there are a lot of transportations and accommodation is pretty close. I love my walk to uni because of the scenery – it is in a great spot. I do not drive but there is nowhere to park on campus anyway so that’s not ideal for a student who wants to use their car (but there is party nearby in a residential area). The SU pub could be more lively but the price of drinks is good and the staff is great.
I also love the professors at the university they have really made my years great, not just with learning but feeling like I actually have a place at school where I am accepted. There is also a Spanish class I love to take FOR FREE at Uni with a professor from Spain! That was very exciting to learn a new language for free, it was a fun class and a great way to make new friends with different interests. I feel like I am now fully prepared to take on the real world and workforce because of Cardiff Met.
