World rankings of Universities are usually not accurate because University of Bradford is one that surpasses some of the top numbers. I am so impressed by a school system for the first time in my life. I am proud to be a student there.

I am currently studying for my Master’s in Human Resources Management at the University of Bradford. My interest in this field came from my work experience. Prior to now, I have not had any formal teaching in management. But after attending my first few classes I got a grasp of what the course entailed.
As a Nigerian studying abroad, my previous learning background is totally different from what I am experiencing in the UK. I have had to learn about the grading system, Harvard referencing style, and academic writing skills. This seems like a lot especially as an international student but the University of Bradford provided more than enough materials and coaching on how to understand and apply all these styles. The lecturers are available to help you with anything regarding your studies that you might need. They make your time worth the tuition you paid.
The first time I walked into my class in Bradford I was surprised. I was expecting to experience cultural shock but on the contrary, I walked into my class and saw more Nigerians than I expected, I saw quite a number of Indians, Asians, and Palestinians as well. I felt even more welcomed when I realised that this is the same kind of demographic that resonates throughout the entire campus. This goes to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the award the University of Bradford got for Social Inclusion was well deserved. It’s like a home away from home for international students and our different communities are well represented.
Also, the campus life is bubbly, the student centre is entertaining as well as educative. The Kick start programme; a weekend getaway into the suburbs of Bradford helps the students with networking, learning about each other’s culture, and how to work in teams. This is a great way to help students settle into their campus life. In all, I would say the University of Bradford is a good place to consider if you want a feel of fun, education, cultural diversity, and career boost.
