Yes, being an American is a different feeling. The college has a very different & mast infrastructure, unlike other campuses. Amity does not compromise with students’ welfare & studying conditions. Full AC with wifi. You’ll enter the college with an aim that “study hard & get placed in google” but soon it will get converted into “study limited just to avoid backs in any subject”. Amity provides almost every course. From mass media to law to medical to hotel management. So many diverse people will make you feel most of the time that why even I choto engineerring? Even if you ever got a chance to click a picture from anyone’s professional DSLR (cuz every second person has its DSLR these days) you’ll think that how good I am at clicking picks. Why do not do this as side work? It’s just an example of distraction. Events, filmstars, expensive cars, and fashion will blow your mind. At the end of 4 years, you’ll have a good round folded with ribbon degree (after doing the job of 15k to 25k for next few months in any IT SECTOR you’ll realise that why college-wale gave you your degree round-founded like a pipe).
The faculty is mixed. Some are good, some are bad.
Placement is a hoax. Mechanical, EC, and civil, hardly get placed. Only CSE & IT departments got placement. The average is around 2–3lac. There is no maximum package.
What I like about this university is the space for social interaction, it’s very easy to socialize in the university during breaks, it has a friendly atmosphere, the academics are pretty serious too and the teachers make learning pleasant and fun.
View moreAmity University, Dubai has provided an excellent campus. I really love the design infrastructure and excellent faculty who goes the extra mile in providing direction and purpose to students’ aspirations. The inspiring environment has also birthed many student-initiated clubs covering a wide range of areas like music, theatre, art, photography to name a few. These forums have given great opportunities to any no of students to bring their talents to the fore while building lasting relationships. Events like Freshers week, Faste and other cultural events are organized with great professionalism. Overall Amity University, Dubai is a great place for you to achieve your goals and facilitate your career aspirations.
View moreI would recommend if you wanted a well budgeted university, but quality of education can be found in other universities too.
It isn’t the best university i know because I know of alot of students who struggle to find themselves within the university and don’t feel welcomed.
I love everything about my campus… it’s a really great place to educate and have fun. I love to spend more time in uni than at home. The facilities are really good. The infrastructure makes you feel really wow.
View moreIn terms of my course, I have definitely experienced partiality when it comes to certain students that appear to be teacher’s Pets. They are given more marks or more important and others are just considered to be average students. I hope this issue is looked into and everyone’s talents should be recognized.
