The overall environment at this university is really positive. A lot of athletes choose to study here because of the excellent sports facilities and multiple grounds available. The courses are well detailed and practical, which really helps when it comes to finding job opportunities in the region.

That said, balancing assignments with internships can be challenging at times, as coursework can be quite demanding. Overall, it’s a good place to study, especially if you value strong facilities and career-focused programs.

I studied Civil Engineering at Abu Dhabi University, which is known for its strong engineering programs and modern campus facilities. The university has international accreditations like ABET, which ensures the engineering curriculum meets global standards.

During my time there, the civil engineering department focused a lot on practical learning — we worked on design projects, lab work, and software tools like AutoCAD, ETABS, and SAFE. The faculty were very supportive and had industry experience, which helped us understand real-world applications of what we learned.

ADU also has a diverse student community and good industry links, so we regularly had workshops, site visits, and career-related events. Overall, it provided a very solid foundation for entering the engineering field.

My experience at this university has been truly enriching both academically and personally. The professors are highly knowledgeable and always willing to help students understand concepts in depth. The campus is modern, well-equipped, and provides a great environment for studying and social activities.
I especially liked the diversity among students and the various clubs and research opportunities available. The support from faculty and administration made it easier to grow and achieve my academic goals.
There were occasional challenges, such as scheduling or workload during finals, but overall, the university encourages discipline, creativity, and teamwork.

The campus is modern and comfortable, with great facilities like the library, labs, and study areas that make learning so much easier. I also love how diverse the community is — I’ve met people from all over the world, and it’s helped me learn so much about different cultures and ideas.
