Çankaya University has two different campuses, one located in the Balgat Campus in the centre of Ankara, and the other in a campus a little further away from the city centre called the Central campus. Even if its remote location is seen as a disadvantage, the fact that the university provides free shuttle service to almost every district of Ankara for students and employees removes the negative effect of its campus location. Although the university administration provides this opportunity, the dynamic of the city is more interesting for students, so they prefer to leave this place when their classes are over. In this case, it would be correct to say that student clubs prefer to plan their activities outside the university. By the way, speaking of student societies, students will have no trouble finding clubs according to their interests as there are 75 different clubs. To talk about scholarship opportunities, although it is a private university, the fact that education scholarships are not interrupted unless a disciplinary offence is committed provides a great assurance for students today. In addition, reaching quality information with academicians who are experts in their fields and graduated from distinguished universities is a good key for students to improve themselves. Moreover, if students have an interest in different disciplines, it encourages students to want to read and research with free double major and minor programs.
