I believe that the University offers high-quality education, lots of academic support, and is full of international students from all over the world who are very friendly. The campus is big and has everything a student needs such as a supermarket and sports facilities. Many students live on campus and that is very convenient. There are also plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth as there are so many study, sports, and culture associations that students could join as well as courses that the UT language center offers such as Dutch courses. Moreover, I like that the university puts a strong emphasis on learning through doing, as students participate in a project every module which I believe is a very practical way of applying knowledge and skills into practice to learn more effectively. However, if you don’t organize your time effectively and consistently put many hours into self-studying, it could get too overwhelming as things keep adding over time and some programmes are very fast-paced. In my opinion, I would definitely recommend this university for someone who would like to live in a small city with lots of international students, can manage their time effectively, and is passionate about the study programme that they are going to join.
