Student review [#105915] for Artificial Intelligence
at Tilburg University

I am an alumni of the CSAI Bachelor and enjoyed the courses and practicals (although I would say most of them are not technical enough to prepare you for the industry), but my complaint is about the thesis matching procedure and inexistent guidance. I was matched with a supervisor through a survey which didn’t have anything in common with my area of research and said herself to go ask other professors for help as it’s not her specialty. When emailing the coordinator asking to change my supervisor and some of my friends did exactly for the same reason, I was told that our areas of research match in her opinion and there is nothing to do. So expect these kind of differences if you want to enrol to Tilburg and don’t expect much help with your thesis.
