Radboud is a great choice if you want to study in a lively university setting while being in a really nice city. The campus feels green and open, the buildings are modern, and the student life is always buzzing. They also offer a lot of support, especially for international students. As a student you can join the gym for almost nothing, take part in sports clubs, work as a student assistant, or get involved in different associations.
Nijmegen may not be the largest city, but there’s always something going on, and it’s in a great spot for quick trips to Germany, Belgium, and other countries. I’ve really enjoyed my experience here—the classes are small, the program has plenty of interesting electives, there’s the chance to study abroad, and the teachers are very approachable. If you’re looking for strong academics in a welcoming place, I’d easily recommend Radboud.
