It provides a supportive learning environment, which I really liked because the lecturers are knowledgeable and willing to help students when they struggle with their studies. The campus is generally safe and has facilities such as classrooms, libraries, and study areas that support learning, and the university encourages discipline and academic focus among students. However, I disliked that some administrative services are slow, and students sometimes experience delays in getting assistance or responses, while limited resources and weak communication can also affect the learning experience. Overall, I would recommend it to students who are serious about their education, as it has strong academic potential, and with improvements in administration, resources, and communication, the university could offer an even better student experience.
View moreI’m currently studying at the UIBS campus in Madrid, and overall, my experience has been a mix of positives and a few challenges.
One thing I really like is how the class schedule is set up. We take two classes at a time for four weeks, with each class being three hours long. After those four weeks, we get two weeks off before starting two new classes. I find this system helpful because it keeps things focused and gives you regular breaks.
The campus itself isn’t very crowded, which I actually enjoy. It’s easier to get to know your classmates, and the smaller environment makes things feel more personal. Another cool thing is that you can switch to another UIBS campus in a different city after each term, which gives you the chance to experience different places while continuing your studies.
On the downside, I’ve found it hard to stay focused in class sometimes. For me, the way some teachers teach isn’t very engaging. A lot of the lessons are just PowerPoint presentations, and there isn’t much interaction or discussion. It would be better if the classes were more active and involved the students more.
Overall, UIBS Madrid has a flexible schedule and a small, international feel. If the teaching style became more engaging, I think the learning experience would be even better.
