Rotterdam is a high paced melting pot of different cultures in the Netherlands. This is also evident within the university since it is an amazing place filled with people from around the world. The campus itself is clean and green which is always great for enjoying the time after classes. The experimental lab for research was well equipped, clean, and quiet. The programme itself was interesting, but was not as challenging as it could be. There were professors with great knowledge and ability, but the content of some courses lacked depth. There is also potential for improving the real life application of the knowledge gathered within the programme. Unlike some other universities, Dutch language courses are not free of charge for students which is a negative. On the other hand, there is a great deal of opportunity for motivated students to develop themselves academically, great facilities for research, great campus, and overall amazing people.
