Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the university. The staff was supportive on most occasions in providing constructive feedback to the students. Most of the course content was great, with extra emphasis on practical assignments that I really enjoyed. Extracurricular facilities were good as well. The only improvement that could be done is the involvement of internationals in several student associations (which I feel still have a majority of the Dutch representation).
View moreThis university is situated in the tech-savvy region of Eindhoven. This has a direct influence on courses and teaching style. Assignments are almost always designed by a company, making them applicable in the real world. There exists an extensive sporting avenue on campus which houses more than a hundred sports.
View moreThe university offers a very diverse study programma, and their “Bachelor College” system is very thought through and a lot of Universities can learn from this.
It simplifies things as timetables but also streamlines cross-bachelor studies and examinations.
Next to this, the campus offers a lot of facilities: you can sleep, shop, eat, study, work out and even go to a barber on campus. Also, the location is great!
In the Master’s program of Operations Management and Logistics, students collaborate with industries for conducting their thesis projects. This approach enhances their theoretical knowledge as well as improves their practical and professional skills. The workplace and other facilities at the University set the right mood for the students to focus on studies. The program structures are well defined and the students are guided by mentors sufficiently. International students are given enough support (accommodation, language and administration) to feel comfortable enough in their pursuit.
