I study Data Science here and overall my experience is good. Some teachers are very helpful and I like the practical projects because you can learn things that are actually useful for the future and for work. The campus is nice too and normally the classes are not very big.
The bad part is that sometimes the organization is not the best and communication can be a bit confusing. Also the university is quite expensive. Some subjects can also be very different depending on the teacher. In general I would recommend it, but you also need to study and learn some things by yourself outside the classes.
