I graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering. It required a great deal of effort, obviously, because of the subject matter, but also because of the lack of seriousness of many of the professors. Without clear syllabi, even when studying, you were at the mercy of the whims of many of them, with a few honorable exceptions. I studied abroad for a year, at a more prestigious university, where the learning was much more natural. More practical application is definitely lacking.
