The University of Navarra is an excellent place to study and especially to meet new people from all around the world. The first thing I would like to highlight would be the campus itself. The campus is always spotless, full of grass and well-kept trees that also leave space for students to hang out around and even study when there is good weather. Thus, most student residences are located around or inside the campus itself, which is always a must. The next thing I would like to point out is the course professors, most of them have jobs outside of university lessons which is a great way to show students what they might be able to do in the future. Lastly, I would like to highlight the variety of the students in the university. This university has an excellent international program, therefore most courses will have many people from around the globe, which is excellent in order for students to be able to meet and learn about new ethnicities and people.
View moreSince the first day of class i’ve been in love with my degree. Psychology is such a personal bachelor and so must be the way of teaching it. What I loved about my University was how they manage to balance the importance of philosophy and science in the courses, as both are vital in Psychology. Moreover, what is special about UNAV is the importance they give not only to the academic aspect, but also the human. They care about the students personal development and the values they will stay coherent to along their career. On a profesional point of view, what is interesting is how you graduate with a bachelor in Psychology, specialist in mental health and with a diploma in a subspecialty (clinical, educational, or organisational psychology). However, it is still a young faculty that needs adjustments, like balancing the opportunities given to each diploma, as the clinical psychology one is more developed than the rest. There are very few courses taught in English (it’s mainly Spanish), so practically all the students are Spanish speakers, however it is quite international as most come from south America. Finally, one can not help but fall in love with the beautiful campus, close to the city (everything is walking/bike distance) and surrounded by the beautiful northern-Spanish landscapes.
View moreStudying at UNAV gave me a life experience like no other. Through a demanding study program, service-oriented work ethic, a beautiful campus, and a multicultural environment, UNAV helps students get the competencies needed to be successful professionals, but most of all, active members of society who are ready and willing to change the world.
View moreThe best thing about the university is the atmosphere. Both teachers and students are international and that makes you grow as a person. The facilities are incredible and the degrees are very well designed.
View moreIn my opinion, one of the best things about the degree is the quality of the professors. All professors have high experience and a lot of knowledge on the are that they teach. Besides that, they show a lot of motivation teaching. The degree is well organized and the calendar is perfectly structured. The university is very international. A big majority of the international students is by far the South American ones followed by some French, Italian and German students.
View moreThe university is very well located and stands out especially for the personalized treatment of the teachers towards the students. Also, classes usually have few students and this allows for more learning. On the other hand, the university offers external internships in companies that allow students to put their skills into practice. Regarding the content of the classes, the Audiovisual Communication degree could improve substantially if the subjects were distributed in a more balanced way, such as having more subjects oriented towards sound and photography instead of spending so much time writing or producing. In general, I would highlight the quality of the teaching team and the comfort of being located in a city like Pamplona.
View moreI recently graduated. Of the four years of my career, one of the things I have enjoyed most has been the opportunity to meet people from different parts of the world and getting out of my comfort zone. The “college experience” at UNAV takes place both on and off campus.
The wide variety of subjects has allowed me to acquire diverse knowledge that will serve me in the near future. The teachers are professionals in their different fields. Besides knowing the theory, most of them have professional experience in the areas covered by the subjects they teach.
On the other side, even if the subjects were challenging, I expected them to be less theoretical. I believe theory is as important, but there has to be a balance between both of them.
In general, the set of experiences that have emerged from studying at this university are very positive.
This university is such an enjoyable place! The campus is huge, peaceful and very green.
The professors are really nice and attentive. I enjoy going to classes because I really feel like I matter. It feels so good to be able to study at UNAV!
I studied pharmacy at the University of Navarra. The teaching was very good, as well as the facilities of the faculty (laboratories, library, etc.) and resources used. Very serious university. Highly recommend.
View moreIt's a very good university. It offers a great academic formation but, above all, an excellent human formation. They offer you many opportunities, have many agreements with universities abroad and organize many conferences and talks. In the end, it is up to the student to make the most of everything he offers. Overall, a very positive experience and many very good people around, Highly recommended.
