The University of Navarra, also known as UNAV is a private institution that was founded in 1952. Even though it is a young university it currently has more than ten thousand students and it is ranked 5th in the Spanish ranking of best universities. QS ranking by subject also ranks the University of Navarra in a very good position being the 27th in the subject of Management.
The UNAV offers 36 undergraduate degrees and 55 postgraduate studies in their four campuses in Madrid, San Sebastián, Pamplona, and Barcelona. The University´s main campus is located in Pamplona, San Sebastian counts with the Faculty of Engineering, and IESE located in Madrid, Barcelona and New York.
The main language of study in this university is Spanish but it also offers bilingual degrees in Management, Economics, Communication, Law, and Engineering. These bilingual degrees give the opportunity to international and national students to develop new skills and have a more international environment. The UNAV has recorded a high number of international students, having a total of 1,921 graduated international students in 2017.
The University of Navarra it is also ranked pretty high in the ranking of graduate employability. It is positioned in the 37th place, striving to a better future for its students. Research it is also one of the top priorities of this university and all of the teaching stuff conduct some kind of research. This way, they not only contribute to a better society but they also allow for their students to have a firsthand experience in the research process.
The University of Navarra has been awarded by the Navarra Government with two of the most important prizes that a university can acquire: the CEI ( Excellence International Campus) in 2011, and the Golden Medal in 1997.
