My degree was really new so it still has to develop. Some professors weren’t updated with the material, so just a few subjects from the entire degree are actually useful for a marketing career.
On the one hand we counted on some international teachers and also professors that work in companies that were really useful and shared some knowledge about the real work outside. This, in my opinion, has to be reinforced because what the students learn is useful for the “real world” outside university.
On the other hand, the project Erasmus was more developed than the actual degree, so there were many destinations available for this degree. However the tutors should be more informed and interested about their students’ university life.
To sum up, the university should be more involved and sure about the places where their students are recommended to do their internships, because some of these places don’t really show or teach anything related with the degree and they just take advantage of students that work for free.
