Coming from a science background, I knew I didn’t want to stay in the lab but I had no idea how to move into management in the biotech and pharma world. EADA completely opened my eyes it was clear, practical, and exactly what you need when switching paths. The variety of classes gives you a full 360° view of the industry, from market access and strategy to leadership and finance, which helped me understand all the opportunities outside the lab. The professors are not only knowledgeable but also very approachable, and they connect theory with real-life industry cases in a way that makes learning exciting. The international environment, with classmates from all over the world, made the experience even richer and pushed me to grow both personally and professionally. On top of that, EADA has strong industry connections and career support, which gave me real confidence for my future. The atmosphere is supportive, dynamic, and truly inspiring. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone ready to take this step!
