Rating my experience at this university with three stars encapsulates the duality I’ve encountered during my time here. While the institution holds considerable prestige and boasts some exceptional professors, certain aspects have negatively impacted my academic journey and motivation.

Firstly, I must acknowledge that my university has earned its prestige. Some professors are truly outstanding, providing valuable knowledge and enriching perspectives. Additionally, I’ve had access to high-quality academic resources that have significantly contributed to my learning.

Nevertheless, excessive bureaucracy has been a constant hindrance in my academic journey. Administrative burdens and inefficient processes have often slowed down my progress, causing unnecessary frustration. This bureaucratic aspect not only affects administrative procedures but also permeates into the classroom dynamics.

Another aspect that has affected my experience is the presence of pedagogically challenged methods among some professors. Lack of innovation in teaching and rigidity in didactic approaches have created a less stimulating environment than expected. This, coupled with bureaucracy, has dampened my enthusiasm for learning and led me to question my continued pursuit of my academic career.

In summary, my time at this university has been a rollercoaster of experiences. While I recognize and value the positive aspects, the burden of bureaucracy and a lack of pedagogy in some instances have negatively impacted my perspective. While I am grateful for the knowledge gained, I would urge the institution to address these issues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

It offers a large variety of degrees, languages and activities to do. I love that it is easy to make new friends. I do not like the location of the majority of the buildings because they are in the middle of a city highway. Therefore, there is not a lot of places to hang out in the campuses.

This university is very open to foreigners and super amazing. The culture is everything and yes, Spain is as beautiful as you can imagine it is. People are very friendly, and don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and experience Barcelona for yourself.

It is an important university, it has a recognized name in the world and pust a lot of facilities to do programs in other countries. But inside, they don’t give you a lot of facilities, there is bureaucracy, and some professors are so bad.
