This course completely changed my perspective on leadership. We covered essential topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team management. The interactive workshops and real-life case studies made the learning experience engaging. The professor brought in guest speakers from top companies, which was a great addition.

I confidently recommend EADA. I’ve just completed the full-time International MBA program, and it has been a truly transformative experience.

First, the faculty are top-tier professionals with solid careers both in academia and the business world. That alone sets the tone, but what really makes EADA special is its strong sense of community and collaboration. With just around 40 students in the classroom, I’d describe it as a ’boutique MBA’, small enough to foster rich dialogue and strong connections with professors and peers (unlike larger programs where raising your hand in a room of 80 can be challenging) EADA encourages open exchange and classroom discussion.
Another highlight is the “360 development perspective”. The program places equal importance on soft skills like leadership, negotiation, and self-awareness, making them central to the learning process, something I believe is essential in today’s competitive job market.
Finally, I must mention the warmth and professionalism of the entire EADA team, from faculty staff and administration. They’re always ready to help, always with a smile.
In short, the Full time international MBA has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my professional growth, and I hope EADA continues to expand its impact on how businesses and leaders evolve in the future

I had the opportunity to attend EADA Business School in Barcelona as part of an exchange program during my MBA, and it was an incredibly enriching experience.

Even though my time there was shorter, the academic quality was exceptional. The professors combine strong theoretical expertise with a highly practical and interactive teaching style. Classes are dynamic, case-driven, and focused on real business challenges, encouraging active participation and critical thinking.

The knowledge and perspective I gained during the exchange significantly complemented my MBA journey. EADA’s strong emphasis on leadership development, teamwork, and ethical management added an important international dimension to my education. The multicultural environment further enhanced the learning experience, allowing me to engage with professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries.

EADA offers a strong academic foundation and an excellent professional network. I completed the Executive MBA there, and one of the highlights was the diversity of my classmates, great professionals from different industries and backgrounds; which truly enriches the learning experience.

The professors are highly supportive, always willing to help with coursework, projects, and even career-related guidance. Additionally, EADA has a dedicated Career Development department that provides advice on job market trends, interview preparation, and profile enhancement.

I highly recommend it, the cost-benefit ratio is excellent considering everything the program offers.

EADA goes beyond academics; build a supportive community. Professors are mentors, guiding us not only in studies but also in personal development. Campus facilities, including sports and recreational facilities, add a holistic touch to student life. The accommodation options are conveniently located, making the transition easier for international students like me.

If you enjoy case studies and learning by doing, this school’s a fit. Not much in terms of campus social life, though. Also, some facilities could use an upgrade. Overall, very good experience, definitely reccommend.

The programme content allows you to choose your field of interest, the student base is international, there is a good leadership module, however the quality of the professors is not top notch. Big plus is the city of Barcelona, which is great for student life.

I enrolled in the Executive MBA at EADA Business School in Barcelona almost a year in advance, trusting the promise of “preferential pricing” and a strong focus on sustainability. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t fully match those expectations.

The sustainability component — one of my main reasons for choosing this program — was barely addressed throughout the course. Grading in several subjects felt highly arbitrary: in one class, I actively participated in every session and was given a 70, while a classmate who didn’t speak once received a 90. In another case, I compared final exam answers with a peer and we had nearly identical responses — yet our grades differed significantly, with no clear explanation.

One of the most frustrating aspects was the pricing policy. I paid over €33,000 by enrolling early, while several classmates joined a week before (or even after) the program began and paid around €20,000. These last-minute “fill-the-seat” discounts felt incredibly unfair — especially for international students who made major sacrifices to attend.

About the faculty:
This was one of the most polarizing parts of the experience. There are outstanding professors at EADA who truly add value through their teaching and insights. But there are also others whose quality and engagement leave much to be desired. The inconsistency in teaching quality really impacts the overall experience.

The positive side:
EADA places real emphasis on soft skill development — through coaching sessions and team-building activities. These are well-executed, though if that’s your main interest, there are less expensive alternatives that offer something similar.

Final advice:
If you’re based in Spain or already in Barcelona, wait until the week before the program starts and negotiate — you can easily get 40–50% off the listed price. And if you do enroll, set realistic expectations: some aspects of the program deliver, others fall short….

Me inscribí en el Executive MBA de EADA Business School en Barcelona casi un año antes de que comenzara el programa, confiando en la promesa de “precios preferenciales” y en un enfoque fuerte en sostenibilidad. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no cumplió con esas expectativas.

El componente de sostenibilidad —una de las razones principales por las que elegí este MBA— apenas se abordó a lo largo del curso. Las evaluaciones en varias asignaturas fueron altamente arbitrarias: en una clase participé activamente en todas las sesiones y me pusieron un 70, mientras que un compañero que no intervino nunca recibió un 90. En otro caso, comparé mi examen final con el de un colega y teníamos prácticamente las mismas respuestas, pero con notas muy diferentes y sin ninguna explicación clara.

Uno de los aspectos más frustrantes fue la política de precios. Pagué más de 33.000 euros por inscribirme con anticipación, mientras que varios compañeros se unieron una semana antes (o incluso después de iniciado el programa) y pagaron unos 20.000 euros. Estos descuentos de última hora para “llenar cupos” resultaron profundamente injustos — especialmente para quienes hicimos un esfuerzo enorme para asistir desde otro continente.

Sobre el profesorado:
Este fue uno de los aspectos más polarizados del programa. Hay profesores excelentes en EADA, que realmente aportan valor con su experiencia y forma de enseñar. Pero también hay otros cuya calidad y nivel de compromiso dejan mucho que desear. La inconsistencia en la calidad docente afecta fuertemente la experiencia general.

Lo positivo:
EADA trabaja bastante bien el desarrollo de habilidades blandas, con sesiones de coaching y actividades de team building que están bien implementadas. Pero si eso es lo que más te interesa, puedes encontrar alternativas similares por un costo mucho menor.

Consejo final:
Si estás en España o ya en Barcelona, habla con admisiones una semana antes de que empiece el programa y negocia: puedes conseguir fácilmente un 40–50% de descuento. Y si decides inscribirte, hazlo con expectativas claras: algunas áreas del programa cumplen, pero otras quedan cortas..
