A quite new university but working to improve. I studied pharmacy there for 5 years and I got involved in class representation. The laboratories are updated and there is a huge amount of lab practices, which helps you to improve and apply the knowledge learnt in class. They are really good teachers who love their job, but also others who only read the presentations and give you a crazy amount of theory useless to remember. The university has several campuses around Alicante, which may be a problem because everything is focused on Elche, 30 minutes by car from my campus (main offices, sport and language offer, cultural activities…). What I really like is the involvement with cooperation, there is a called ‘fifth campus’ in Rwanda, where they have helped a lot and offer a volunteering program during the summer.
