My overall experience with the University of South Africa (UNISA) has been largely positive. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the university’s accommodating nature, particularly when I was unable to attend full-time universities. UNISA’s flexible approach allowed me to pursue my education despite other commitments.

However, I did encounter some challenges with the online-based exams. Personally, I preferred the traditional venue-based exams, as they made things easier for me. With online exams, I worried about potential connection issues and other technical problems that could arise during the exam. In contrast, venue-based exams provided a more controlled environment, allowing me to focus solely on the exam without additional stress.

Despite this, I appreciate UNISA’s efforts to provide accessible education. With some adjustments to the exam format, I believe the university could further enhance the student experience. Overall, my experience with UNISA has been valuable, and I appreciate the opportunities it has provided.
