Not enough student support.
Though UNISA is a long distance learning institution, it still suppose to provide students with assistance to make long distance learning comfortable. UNISA feels like they forget about their students and leave everything to them just providing a curriculum outline, assignments and final exam. Lecturers need to engage more with students and check in on progress, provide constructive criticism and not just give marks with no feedback.
