Communication sucks. I’ve studied there for 3 years now. Beginning of this year, when I wanted to register on my UP Portal, the site threw out a notification that says User has no current UP Portal role. I sent email 1 and waited 24 hours as they had promised to get back to me within the first 24 hours. I only recieved an automated reply. So I sent email 2. Still no reply, then I sent email 3. By the time I had sent the sixth email I was fed up. I only recieved automated responses. So I called them. The guy gave me a case number. He told me he had to sent the problem to someone else as he could not solve it. He promised that these people will contact me within the first 10 hours. It’s a day later and I still haven’t been contacted. I called them again and a lady is doing a follow up for me (she did contact me back which is better than the previous seven experiences). This is not my first time struggling to sort things out due to communication and people not doing their jobs. I understand that some people can be on holiday, but then don’t open registration so early or make empty promises.
